INDUCTIONS are a nice and gentle way to ease into meditation or hypnosis. Or, just a calm and soothing way to relax. You can choose your favorite induction, and create a playlist by following the induction with a “MIDDLE”. A “MIDDLE” is the “meat and potatoes” of what you’d like to work on today. It’s a specific topic. So, create your own, by piecing together your favorites. Or, let the INDUCTION be a sweet, quick, stand-alone to get your vibe into the right place at the right time (the right time is always NOW!)

Challenge yourself! Find your favorites. Repeat a favorite for 3 days! Or 5, or 30, or 90 days!
