QUESTIONS ABOUT HYPNOTHERAPY

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS EXACTLY?

Hypnosis is how we laugh at the movies. Or cry. Or get frightened. If you’ve ever felt your heart pound at a scary movie, that’s hypnosis. Your body physically reacts to what a part of your mind is believing. Even though the wisest part of you knows it’s really just a blank screen!

HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST ME?

Initial Intake Session: $495  

Follow up Session: $350  (Package prices available.)

 

 

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Typically, most clients find their best results in about 3 or 4 sessions. Some clients need less. Some clients enjoy more.

• Quitting Smoking/Vaping/Nicotine:  People generally become Permanent Ex-Smokers on their first session.  Generally, clients do one follow up session, which gives them a buffer week to “smoke to quit.”  It’s totally up to you!  (But do the math.. you’d spend more on cigarettes in a month or two!  Do yourself a favor and quit now if you’re even considering it!)

• Weight Loss is typically 4 sessions for best results.  

• For Hypnobirthing, we recommend 4-6 sessions, so pay attention to that due date!

• Pain management often reveals huge shifts of relief on the first session. A few follow ups will teach you how to hypnotically relieve pain for yourself.

• For Pre- and Post surgery, allow yourself at least 3-4 weeks before the surgery.

• For Fear of flying, give yourself 2-3 weeks before the flight!

Most clients report noticeable changes immediately following first session.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

We don’t take insurance, but we’ve priced our sessions to reflect what you’d pay in co-pays for talk therapy for a couple years, only we get in and get it done in usually about a month!

Yes. If you didn’t want to be at the movie, you would simply get up and walk away. When you are in hypnotherapy, you can open your eyes, talk, walk around, and even drink your coffee.

WHERE DO THESE SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

You can choose from coming in to our clinic or using Zoom and holding the session from the privacy and comfort of your own home – anywhere around the world!

ARE ZOOM SESSION AS EFFECTIVE AS IN-PERSON?

Absolutely. In fact, some people feel they are even more effective, especially when in the comfort of their own home.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO SEE RESULTS THROUGH YOUR WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM? WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Typically, successful Weight Loss Hypnotherapy clients notice results immediately. Most clients have already seen ups and downs on their own. 95% of all “successful” diets don’t last in the long run. Hypnotherapy works to shift the actual belief system and subconscious mindset. So, what runs you actually changes. Even with quick and somewhat immediate results, we like to really seal this in. After all, it took you how many years to get to this point? So, be easy on yourself, as we do recommend a few sessions to really make this work ..and STICK.

WHAT FOODS WILL I NEVER BE ABLE TO EAT AGAIN?

You can eat anything. Really. (We said “anything,” not “everything”) We will train your mind to want to make healthy choices. You can eat anything you want and you will want it in moderation. Your tastes will simply change. Your body will learn what to hold onto, and what to get rid of naturally. You will find more pleasure in your food. Deprivation never works. Through Hypnotherapy, we re-train your mind, not re-strain your mind.
