The “MIDDLE” Playlist contains just the middle parts. Feel free to pick your favorite “Middle” and just listen “as-is.” You’d be skipping the “INDUCTION,” which is how we get “into” meditation or hypnosis. So, if you want to just listen for some insights, or perhaps you just found a favorite “Middle,” go for it! Otherwise, feel free to choose a fully contained guided hypnosis meditation from the “FULL” Playlist.
